We Are Multi-Dimensional Beings: Making Space for All of Me

We are multi-dimensional beings.

This truth helps me so much in the way I move through my life.

Sometimes I am a mom.

A daughter.

A meditation

A facilitator.

A clothing manufacturer.

A transformational coach, writer,

NVC facilitator,

friend, nature enthusiast, dancer, meditator.

Sometimes I am serious and uptight.Sometimes light and free.

I am so many things.

And this knowing is incredibly freeing.

It gives me space—so much space—to explore and express myself in a multitude of ways.

There is something in this understanding that loosens the grip of perfectionism and allows me to simply be.

It brings me into the present moment as I surrender into my soul’s truth right now. There is no future or past in this—only this moment. There is a gentleness in knowing that I don’t have to be one thing… or a perfect version of anything.

I can explore.

Experiment.

Laugh.

Mess up.

I can express myself in a more natural, organic way— with ease and understanding.

I’ve always admired certain people who seem to give themselves permission to try many things—the so-called “renaissance” types. I used to think I admired them because they were talented in many areas. But as I sit with it more deeply, I realize I admire something else even more:their willingness to explore and express themselves freely.

I imagine they are less concerned with perfection and more interested in learning, curiosity, and expression.

As I continue to get to know myself—my feelings, my needs—I am opening up in new ways. I’m more willing to try new things, take bigger risks, tolerate messing up, and remember that I am so much more than what I do, what I succeed at, or what I fail at.

Ultimately, I am not the things I do.They are expressions of my authenticity—of my soul having this human experience, where we get to try things, take risks, and play.

As I move away from goal-oriented thinking—What does this mean? Where will this get me?—I open myself to expressions I could not have imagined.

What an amazing, fun adventure.

Yes—we are multi-dimensional beings having this wild human experience, with so many beautiful things to explore.

My prayer and wish is that each of us gives ourselves permission to try new things, take risks, be messy, and love ourselves through it all.

This life is about the journey—there is no true destination.

As I continue to awaken, my hope is that these words spark something in you.

What might you love to try, explore, or experience if you allowed yourself to be the full person you already are?

From one soul to another, having this human incarnation:I’m here to support you, encourage you, and love you through it all.

Happy 2026.May this year bring you closer and closer to your true self. ✨
